Peace

We cultivate a peaceful environment where children learn to resolve conflict with empathy, communicate with respect, and develop an inner sense of calm.

Community

Through actively engaging with our local community, children come to understand their role as compassionate citizens, contributing meaningfully to the world they are a part of.

Independence

We nurture this innate desire by providing an environment where children are free to make purposeful choices and engage in meaningful work.

Respect

By creating an environment of kindness, empathy, and understanding, we empower children to build positive relationships and contribute to a world where respect is the foundation of all interactions.

Every child holds a spark of brilliance

Guided by the teachings of Maria Montessori, and inspired by the symbolism of the solstice, we provide a nurturing environment where children can explore, discover, and develop a lifelong love of learning. Like the solstice, a time of illumination and growth, we strive to create a space where children’s individual light can shine brightly. Our approach fosters independence, creativity, and a sense of responsibility, empowering children to become confidence and compassionate individuals.

It takes a village

We see our school as an integral part of the village, working alongside community partners to provide a rich and holistic experience for each child. Community connections allow us to extend learning beyond the classroom, providing real world experiences and fostering a sense of interconnectedness.

Nurturing independence, inspiring futures.

“The goal of early childhood education should be to activate the child’s own natural desire to learn.”
